SB-Insp Substation Intelligent Inspection UAV
The SB-Insp Substation Intelligent Inspection UAV delivers safe, repeatable autonomous patrols inside substations and switchyards. Paired with an optional docking station, it launches on schedule, follows pre-mapped safety routes clear of live equipment, and lands to recharge without human intervention. A radiometric thermal camera catches abnormal heating on transformers, busbars, reactors and capacitor banks, while high-resolution optical imaging combined with onboard OCR reads pressure gauges, oil levels, dials and nameplates automatically. RF-safety awareness keeps the aircraft at certified standoff distances from live conductors. Every inspection report — thermal images, OCR readings, GPS location and timestamp — is consolidated on the management platform for trend analysis, predictive maintenance and compliance records.
