AT-EX Explosion-Proof Inspection UAV
The AT-EX Explosion-Proof Inspection UAV is purpose-built for hazardous petrochemical environments where safety and precision cannot be compromised. Rated to an explosion-proof standard with sealed sensor enclosures, it patrols tank farms, loading areas and process units day and night. The onboard gas sensing suite continuously measures methane (CH4), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen concentration against lower flammability limit (LFL), issuing immediate alerts well before a leak becomes a hazard. A 640×512 radiometric thermal imager pinpoints hot spots on vessels, flanges and pipe insulation. With an IP66-rated airframe, wide -20 to 50°C operating range and 12 m/s wind resistance, the AT-EX keeps working in the harshest conditions. Inspection data is streamed live to the control room and archived in the cloud for traceable audit and compliance reporting.
