HC-PV Solar Panel Cleaning UAV

Dry-Brush & Micro-Water Cleaning for Utility-Scale Solar Arrays

The HC-PV Solar Panel Cleaning UAV restores photovoltaic output by cleaning large solar arrays quickly, safely and without scratching panels. A soft dry-brush mechanism with optional micro-water mist removes dust, bird droppings and soiling that can cut generation by 10–30%, while an automatic route and boundary following keep the aircraft aligned with panel rows. Pressure is carefully controlled so brushes never damage the glass surface. At up to 800 m²/h, one machine can maintain an entire utility-scale plant in a fraction of the time of manual or robotic crews. Battery-swappable design keeps the mission going, and cleaning logs record area treated and generation-gain estimates for performance reporting.
