HC-Fac High-Rise Facade Cleaning UAV
The HC-Fac High-Rise Facade Cleaning UAV brings exterior cleaning and inspection to tall buildings without scaffolding or rope-access crews. A tethered design supplies water and power from a rooftop unit, allowing continuous high-pressure cleaning of glass, metal and stone facades up to high altitudes. Precision nozzles deliver water or eco-friendly cleaning solution while maintaining a safe, controlled distance from the surface, reducing risk to personnel and damage to the building. An onboard camera gives operators a live close-up view, and cleaning progress is mapped and logged for reporting. When not washing, the same platform performs facade inspection, capturing HD imagery of cracks, sealant failures and loose panels. The HC-Fac turns a hazardous, labour-heavy job into a safer, faster, repeatable operation.
