Combined with computer-room operation and maintenance scenarios, this document includes detailed parameters, reference data standards, image solutions and scenario copywriting, which can be directly used for brochures, PPTs, display boards and product introductions.
This inspection robot integrates four major modules: environmental perception, thermal imaging temperature measurement, AI vision and security monitoring. It collects more than ten core parameters including temperature, humidity, equipment temperature, dust, smoke and noise in real time. Strictly complying with data-center environmental specifications, it guarantees stable operation of IT equipment.
In accordance with GB 50174-2017 Code for Design of Data Centers, the key monitoring items, normal ranges, alarm thresholds and monitoring functions are sorted out as below:
|
Monitoring Parameter |
Standard Normal Range |
Alarm Threshold |
Monitoring Purpose |
|
Ambient Temperature |
18 ℃ ~ 27 ℃ |
Warning: > 28 ℃ / Alarm: > 32 ℃ |
Prevent server & switch overheating and downtime, extend service life of equipment |
|
Ambient Humidity |
40 %RH ~ 60 %RH |
Alarm: < 30 %RH / > 70 %RH |
Avoid static electricity caused by low humidity and circuit-board condensation & short circuit caused by high humidity |
|
Cabinet Surface Temperature |
< 35 ℃ |
Alarm: > 38 ℃ |
Detect local hot spots, blocked air ducts and equipment overload |
|
Air Inlet Temperature Difference |
≤ 5 ℃ |
Warning: > 7 ℃ |
Evaluate cooling efficiency of air conditioners and rationality of hot & cold aisle layout |
|
Air Dust Concentration |
≤ 3.5 mg/m³ |
Warning: > 0.5 mg/m³ |
Prevent dust accumulation on mainboards and fans which may lead to equipment failure |
|
Smoke Density |
0 (No smoke) |
Immediate alarm once smoke is detected |
Early warning of computer-room fire for timely disposal |
|
Noise Level |
≤ 65 dB |
Warning: > 70 dB |
Identify abnormal noise of fans and motors, and judge equipment faults |
|
Access Control & Regional Status |
Normal closed state |
Real-time alarm for unauthorized door opening |
Computer-room security management and personnel access control |
|
Equipment Indicator Status |
Green (normal operation) |
Red / yellow light (fault warning) |
Visually check the running status of servers, UPS and switches |
|
Local Thermal Imaging Temperature |
Consistent with ambient temperature |
Hot-spot alarm when single-point difference > 8 ℃ |
Accurately locate hidden high-temperature points and overheated cables |
A single robot completes full-coverage inspection of a 300 ㎡ computer room within 15–20 minutes, while manual inspection of the same area takes more than 2 hours.
All parameters are collected once every 2 seconds and uploaded in real time, supporting 7×24-hour uninterrupted monitoring.
Dual backup of local and cloud storage. Historical monitoring data is retained for no less than 1 year and supports traceability analysis.
Acoustic & optical alarms and background messages are pushed within 3 seconds after abnormal data is triggered.
Collection speed
Full parameters sampled every 2 seconds with zero data delay.
Inspection capability
Full coverage of all monitoring points without blind spots.
Alarm mechanism
Multi-level threshold early warning with second-level response to anomalies.
Data management
Cloud storage, supporting historical data query and report export.
